Eating disorders, such as Bulimia, Anorexia Nervosa and Binge Eating?
• Hypnotherapy focuses on the psychological reasons for eating disorders helping to establish a new, healthier eating pattern.
• Nutritional Therapy focuses on the nutritional values of the client's diet. Clients will be asked to complete a food diary at the first session which will be reviewed and where appropriate suggestions made on how to improve and/or encourage healthy eating patterns to enable the body to function as it should.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is used as a complement to a healthy eating regime and regular exercise.
