The initial consultation for the hypnotherapy sessions is always free and lasts up to an hour. During this time I will discuss your problem, explain the treatment and how it will help; you can also ask any questions that you may have. All subsequent hypnotherapy sessions last approximately 1 hour.

Natural Childbirth coaching is undertaken with the birthing partner and requires 4 sessions, preferably on a weekly basis from 32 weeks, each session lasting approximately 1 – 1¼ hours.

Smoking cessation requires one session of approximately 90 minutes.

Fees are payable at the end of each session by cash or cheque and include relaxation and support CDs that you can use at home.

I understand that the unexpected can happen to us all but I would ask you to keep all appointments since this affects the time available for other clients. As much notice as possible would be appreciated if you are unable to attend for whatever reason.
