STRESS AND ANXIETY

 
stressAnxiety is a feeling that everyone experiences, it is a completely normal stressful response, which we experience when faced with new challenges in our lives.
It is when those feelings of anxiety start to adversely affect our lives that we need to find help. Anxiety can manifest itself in a variety of ways depending on the individual.
